Automatic Feedback/Rating Module for Un-Rated/Feedback Orders Module

Buyers can only get the number of orders only based on the number of feedbacks that a seller got for a gig. Many potential sellers loss sales due to number of feedbacks. So its our responsibility to make them to get feedback count even if the buyer is not interested or forgot to post feedback once the order is completed.
I have created a module which will automatically rate and provide feedback for orders which will not be rated even after completion.
